The business originally offered two
main services: Trace enquiries and
Pre-sale Status enquiries, supported by some repossession
and debt recovery. By the 1980’s the prime services
were the tracing of absconders
and debt recovery. In 1989 the combined Trace &
Collection service was developed, supported by Trace
Only and Debt Recovery. With many years
of development, the combined Trace & Collection
service remains the backbone of our business today.

invested in technology,
developing bespoke ‘in-house’ systems to
enable our comprehensive
services to be tailored to meet client requirements
effectively, efficiently
and most importantly competitively.
Several years ago we introduced a Doorstep
Collection Procedure enabling
our collection department to produce even better results
for our clients.
